Shipping and returns

For insured shipping within Austria, € 12.00 will be charged, for all other EU countries including Switzerland € 20.00 will be charged. All prices in the online shop are plus this flat-rate shipping fee. Our products are custom-made and are shipped within a maximum of 14 days (plus shipping time).

In the case of a return, the buyer pays the return costs.

Important note: Slight deviations in color, shape and size cannot be ruled out for any item and are part of the manual production. These deviations do not justify a complaint.
